My Best Friend's Son

So this is real and I don't know what to do. I am 42 and pregnant with a baby fathered by the long time friend's 21 year old son. Last year I separated from my husband. My friend offered me to move in with her while I get on my feet. Not long after I moved in with my friend I made a huge mistake and let her son, Tommy talk me into a FWB's thing. It sounded good after smoking weed and drinking one one. After a few months a sneaking around I missed my period and found myself very pregnant. I haven't told anyone, not even the father. Right now I am 10 weeks pregnant. I can have an abortion and not tell anyone. The problem is, I have always been against abortions. I am torn. Should I tell the father and my friend. I don't think she will take me having her first grand baby very well. I already know the father will want me to have it because he has told me many time he would love to have a baby with me.
