A unique working relationship

I am a national sales representative for a company that supplies a group of retailers with products. I have been with the company since I got out of college 5 years ago and in my present position for 3 years. I have customers in several states and those customers order for stores throughout the country.
I have developed a unique business relationship with one individual that is responsible for buying products for his employer. His company is one of our largest customers and we very much value their business. In the very beginning I called on him and we worked well together. Over those first few months we had lunch, dinner and cocktails outside of the office and got to know each other socially. In that first year we started becoming very close and our relationship became physical. I wouldn’t call it romantic but it was certainly sexual.
Now we are close friends and enjoy each other immensely. I am unattached and he is living with a girlfriend that came into the picture last fall.
We still see each other regularly and sleep together at least twice a month.
Yes—-I am giving him what he wants and in return I get his business and the most incredible sex I have ever had.
