Thanksgiving Confession
My Mom asked me to come to their winter home in Phoenix for the holiday. I told her I would do that and wanted to bring my boyfriend. She was surprised that I had a boyfriend but said sure. It is going to be a huge surprise when they find out my boyfriend is also my roommate. We moved in together about two weeks ago and have only been together for about two weeks before that. About twenty three years ago I went home for Thanksgiving. I was 6 months pregnant and not married or in a relationship of any kind. My parents about had a coronary when I walked in the door as I had not told them the news. My big surprise is now in college and will be home for thanksgiving tomorrow. Wonder if she will have a surprise for me!

I got pregnant on the pill if you can believe it. I have been on the pill for a couple of years and WHAM!! It fails me when I least expected it. I wasn’t even dating anyone . I missed a period and after another week of wondering got the test and as they say—-the rest is history. No father in the picture then or now. Just not sure who it is. I had been pretty active.
