I responded to a request for roommates at my school. The guy contacted me and I arranged to meet with him and look at the townhouse. It was much nicer than I expected and the guy was very pleasant. The other guy was not home but his rows neat and clean. I liked the location and the vibe I got from him. The offer was 25% of the cost if I did the interior cleaning except their rooms and did the cooking on weekends. It sounded like an affordable arrangement and I was ready to agree. Then he told me the other roommate was getting over a breakup with the former roommate that I would be replacing. Big RED Light came on. Now I am reluctant
