I've been injured a number of times in industrial accidents and had head injuries. I have major problems with short term memory. To work around it, I have routines I must follow to be able to function. I have a schedule written down to check every day. I always put certain things in certain places, so I can find them. My girlfriend thinks it's funny to move important things like keys, wallets, notes...whatever. Sometimes, after I have suffered ripping the house apart looking for something, so puts it back in place where it should have been. Some things have gone permanently missing. She can't get it through her head that she isn't funny, and that she is making me literally crazy. I've been having blackouts and have been losing multiple hours at a time, and it's probably the stress of everything. I feel like I need therapy to my head straightened out again, but there is no way I can afford it. My life has ground to a halt just trying to remember what I was supposed to do next.

And she's acting that way simply because she's a woman? No other reason, like I dunno, she's an asshole? And ALL women behave like that, going by your one example? Dude, I think you've taken a harder hit to the head than you think-- you're regressing to the 1950s. MoreCowbell 5 years ago
Just a observation, If your girlfriend has a good time with your "disabilities" to the extent of causing you to seek therapy, then it may be beneficial to remove her from your life for the sake of your wellbeing,if this is offensive behavior from her that she's not even concerned with you as a boyfriend that's a coldhearted thing to do to somebody who is supposed to be the one she loves Jerry 5 years ago
